Eurythmy is self Knowledge and Self Purification - Dilnawaz Bana 

Eurythmy is a new art of movement, initiated by Rudolf Steiner in the early 20th century to meet the needs of the modern world. This art makes visible the “Eu" - beauty and harmony of sound, speech, and music creating a health-giving rhythm in the organism through conscious movements of the limbs. Eurythmy has something to offer for everyone, Eurythmy as performance art, in education, as therapy, or to build strong social dynamics. This art tries to strengthen one’s inner self, brings in more attention, sensitivity and makes us aware of what we do in our day-to-day life.

1. No prior experience required. 

2. You will need to dedicate the indicated time without distractions and interruptions.

3. You will be required to attend an induction day so course content can be discussed by your course facilitator. 

4. You will need access to the internet and Zoom software.

5. You are required to be logged in 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled time.

Relevance of movements for children with special needs ( Theory and practical) 

Health bringing Eurythmy exercises for parents and educators to help find balance, become grounded and overcome stress. 

You require a quiet space, preferably indoors.

This Specialised Workshop runs over 2 months -   2hours / per week.
